Park Square’s 350-seat proscenium auditorium has been completely renovated. All of its 30-year old seats and finishes have been replaced. A new energy–efficient theatrical lighting system offers energy savings equivalent to taking 60 3-bedroom houses off the grid. The proscenium arch was raised, acoustics have been improved and a new viewing box was added. Wheelchair access has been added to the back of the auditorium, increasing handicap seating and making the control booths wheelchair accessible.
What’s next is a brand new thrust stage right here in the Historic Hamm Building. You’ll breathe with the actors in the intimate embrace of 142 seats.
