The Story: This clever re-imagining of the beloved classic, A Christmas Carol, will allow you and your students to explore the flip side of Dickens. We know what happens to Scrooge, but what about that penny-pincher Jacob Marley? Shackled and chained for his wretched ways, Marley is condemned to walk the earth for eternity never to find peace. And it doesn’t help that he’s got his own private hell-sprite who delights in torturing him. But Marley has one chance: he can save himself by saving Scrooge. From the Jaws of Death to the Gates of Hell, Marley and his little demon embark on a surprising, zany and ultimately touching journey for redemption.
