  • Park Square Theatre is seeking an experienced and collaborative Lead Sound Technician to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sound Department across both theatre spaces during productions, rentals, and special events.

    Working closely with designers, production staff, and overhire crews, the Lead Sound Technician will support the planning, installation, maintenance, and execution of theatrical sound systems while ensuring safe and efficient technical operations throughout the production process.

    This part-time technical leadership role will support Park Square Theatre’s productions and organizational operations with a focus on:

    • Sound system installation and programming

    • Technical planning, signal flow, and equipment coordination

    • Supervision of sound crews during load-ins and strikes

    • Maintenance and organization of sound equipment inventories

    • Troubleshooting and upkeep of theatre sound systems

    • Collaboration across production departments and rental events

    Ideal candidates will have experience working in live theatrical sound environments and familiarity with professional audio systems including Allen & Heath consoles, Dante networking, QLab, and macOS-based workflows.

    Salary: $22/hour

  • Park Square Theatre is seeking a visionary and strategic Managing Director to help lead the organization through an exciting period of artistic and organizational growth.

    Working in partnership with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors, the Managing Director will oversee administrative operations, financial sustainability, fundraising, marketing, and organizational leadership as Park Square Theatre advances its 2025–2029 strategic vision.

    This full-time executive leadership role will help shape the future of one of Minnesota’s leading theatres, with a focus on:

    • Financial stewardship and organizational sustainability

    • Fundraising and capital campaign leadership

    • Audience growth and community engagement

    • Staff leadership and workplace culture

    • Facility modernization and downtown Saint Paul advocacy

    • Support for education and youth programming initiatives

    Salary: $100,000 annually

  • Part-Time | Saint Paul, MN | $20/hour

    Park Square Theatre is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Director of Production and Operations in the daily functioning of our administrative offices and facilities. This role includes office operations, financial processing support, Box Office assistance, and development coordination.

    We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with experience in office operations, bookkeeping, or a related field. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Workspace is required.

Auditions

Open auditions are held annually, with additional rolling auditions posted as needed for specific productions. Opportunities may include acting, singing, and dancing.
