We are thrilled to open up our spaces for rentals, offering flexible options for performances, rehearsals, and events.
Since 1994, Park Square Theatre has been a cornerstone of the Twin Cities arts community, operating in the Historic Hamm Building in downtown Saint Paul. Our venue features two dynamic performance spaces, providing artists and audiences with an immersive theatrical experience.

Park Square Theatre is committed to creating an accessible environment for all guests, artists, and community members. Our lobby, theatre spaces, and designated wheelchair seating areas in the proscenium are fully wheelchair accessible, allowing audience members to navigate the building comfortably and participate fully in our performances.
The Andy Boss Thrust Stage is also fully ADA accessible. Guests can use elevators to reach the basement-level theatre, and the rehearsal room offers flat, roll-on surfaces for easy wheelchair access. Both the stage and dressing rooms in the Boss feature accessible, flat pathways, supporting seamless participation for performers, crew, and audience members alike. The Boss also includes designated wheelchair seating within the theatre.
At the same time, we recognize that accessibility remains an ongoing area of growth. The proscenium stage is not currently wheelchair accessible, and we understand this presents a significant barrier. We are actively working toward improvements that will expand access for performers and production teams. Dressing rooms serving the proscenium are accessible via the lower level, though they are internally separated from the stage area by a stairway.
At Park Square, we know that many venues present barriers for wheelchair users - from backstage spaces to stages to audience participation. We are proud to provide a theatre where accessibility is central, and we remain committed to continued progress toward a space where anything is possible for all performers and guests.
